Three days ago, I started my 1, long, agonizing month doing Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer. Man, I was sore the first day I tried it.
For the past month, I enjoyed working out with Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. It was fun and I did lose some weight, especially in the tummy area. But for the 10 minute trainer, even my grandma noticed that I did lose a lot of weight. And it's not even the end of week one.
At first I was a little hesitant on what Tony can do to my body. My siblings have tried his P90X and it really worked for them. They lose a ton of weight and kept it off. I'm not there yet though. I have to train my body first and then I'll try to do the P90X or Insanity.
